The West Coast Pirates and NRL WA are proud to announce the launch of the Community Junior Advocate Initiative for 2019.

The initiative will provide members of the WA rugby league community who demonstrate the values, standards and attitudes of NRL WA to become community advocates in our great state.

Alongside Operations Manager Tony Crowe, NRL WA Chaplain Craig Eckleson, West Coast Pirates SG Ball player Ricardo Ellison, Women’s players Lucy Cuppari and Cherysh Leaf and office intern Reece Drudi have been chosen as the inaugural NRL WA Community Advocates and will represent NRL WA in supporting Rocky Bay and Alicia Waterman on her journey to compete in the HBF Run For A Reason this Sunday, 19th May.

The Community Advocates will join Alicia as she looks to achieve her goal of walking 700m and raise funds for Rocky Bay.

The Pirates and NRL WA are proud to be supporting Rocky Bay and Alicia in their journey to raising $53,000 for a new FES bike.
